Jose Luis Rodrigue made our stay especially comfortable. He kept our room spotless and tidy every day, and was so warm and playful with the kids that they really liked him. When our son got sick, he quickly changed all the bedding and made sure everything was extra clean. We appreciated how caring and attentive he was. The whole hotel complex was beautiful, well maintained, and a place where we felt comfortable throughout. We had a wonderful stay, and Jose Luis Rodrigue deserves a heartfelt thank you for the care he put into his work.

The beautiful Bavaro beach was a big reason we'd recommend this hotel. We had a good stay, and the help from Victor and Lisbeth made a real difference. They worked with us and our friends to find another room after we spotted a few cockroaches in our first-floor room. That room had been renovated and was clean otherwise, and we were able to move to a second-floor room. Another party in our group had trouble with hot water. We arrived late in the evening, when staff were limited, but got into our room quickly. Being patient, explaining the problem, and staying open minded helped us have a memorable experience. Thanks to Victor and Lisbeth for helping make our time at Grand Palladium Bavaro a good one.

The staff were so warm and welcoming that the place felt like home. We had great weather and a great vibe, and we had a fantastic family week at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana Hotel, Resort & Spa. I really didn't want to leave, and we'd happily come back. Damelis Ana and Cheyanne at Guest Services deserve a thank you. We had upgraded our room for my husband's 40th birthday, but there was a mix-up and it wasn't right at first. That was the one disappointing part. By the next day it had all been sorted, and Damelis in particular was incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The food was great overall. Lunch was a highlight, with well-seasoned rice and peas, stew chicken, and barbecue chicken that tasted like real Caribbean food, full of flavor beyond just salt and pepper. I don't understand the negative food reviews. The Japanese restaurant was the one place I didn't really enjoy, but the rest more than made up for it.

Jose made us feel welcome with his warm personality and positive attitude. He was courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful, answering our questions and even suggesting some lovely places to eat. Customer service deserves a perfect 10 thanks to him. Highly recommend!
