TRS Turquesa Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

We had four nights and so much fun, meeting lots of people along the way. I’m 28, and honestly liked relaxing with a more mature crowd. Most guests seemed to be in their 30s and older, married couples, and international travelers. Check-in was smooth and fantastic. Jessica was incredibly nice, showed us how to use the resort app, and introduced us to our butler, Johanna. She was amazing and efficient, handling all our reservations, answering every question, and even explaining how to bring outside guests in. A night pass cost $118 per person, and it was definitely worth it. The staff were sweet and friendly, all the food was delicious, and the daily events were lively. We had an amazing time. I’d recommend staying at least a week to fully enjoy everything.

The staff made the trip so enjoyable, and we felt like family the whole stay. Joan was always there with answers and introduced us to Meldy, our butler. He was fantastic, sorted out our Al La cartes, and got us a place at the Hibachi table. While we were out, he set up a romantic surprise in our room with balloons, rose petals, champagne on ice, and a drawn bath. He was easy to reach on WhatsApp, which was reassuring. We had a leaky roof during the rain on our last night, but they quickly helped us switch rooms. The hotel is wonderful and the beach is beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. The Chic Cabaret is an incredible, fun experience and worth the extra cost. Don’t miss it. The food at the show wasn’t very good, though.

We had a great stay at this clean, beautiful resort, and the staff made it memorable. Edward, our butler, went out of his way to find hydrocortisone at another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have any for my bad sun rash. Dolores by the pool was caring and even rubbed aloe vera on it, like a mom away from home. Jose at the swim-up bar was friendly, quick, and welcoming. Santos at Las Torres helped me get syrup for my nightly crepes, Angel at The Nest made us comfortable, and Ramon at the sports bar made sure we could watch the Knicks. Steven at TRS always had a golf cart ready and greeted us like family. Americo and Luis were kind and helpful. Eliaris at Behique was wonderful, but Antonella was rude and unfriendly. There were lots of good food options. A few things could be better: staff took our towels before 5 p.m. several times even though our belongings were still on the chairs, entertainment could be improved, and golf cart waits were often too long. We really enjoyed our stay and would most likely come back, hoping to see some improvements.

The pool and beach areas were beautiful, with shiny mosaic tiles in the pool and nice pool beds. The colors and coral stone made the hotel feel dreamlike, and everything looked cleaner than at other resorts. We loved our room and the whirlpool inside it. Staying as a TRS member let us explore the whole PalladiumGroup Resort and try more than 20 restaurants. We spent 20 days and could happily have spent a whole week just enjoying the resort. There was 24/7 room food, drinks, cigars, and even special needs from the beach. The Sunday pool party and white party afterward are a must.
