The grounds were lovely, the pool was nice, and every room was clean. Everything went smoothly.

The villa was isolated, and the neighbors' unfriendly dogs kept coming into the yard. The landscaping was neglected, the entrance and two outside bedrooms were dirty, and the pergola was covered in cobwebs. Inside, cleaning was very basic, the linens and towels were old and worn, and windows in the living room and master bathroom were broken. The villa is poorly maintained. The second-floor terrace is closed off because it has no railing. The included golf cart showed up at 8 PM, too late for us to get around. It was old and in poor shape, so I rented another one, but I still haven't received a refund. Miguel, the owner, has stopped replying to messages. I rented the villa hoping to invest in Cap Cana, but I didn't like either the villa or the resort. I have no reason to return.
