I didn’t feel safe here. The door had a crack that let people peek inside, and all five rooms they showed me were dirty. They were also the dirtiest and most outdated rooms I’ve seen. I was disgusted and asked for a refund so I could stay somewhere else. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The interior was clean, but there wasn’t much to look forward to at breakfast: old eggs, hot dogs cut up as “sausage,” and toast with no butter. The TV only had basic cable and the picture quality was awful. You also have to flush the toilet manually from inside the tank. There’s a safe but no key for it, a coffee maker without coffee, and an empty refrigerator. The elevator smelled like old laundry and felt as hot as a dryer. At least you get cold water free when the air conditioner’s condenser freezes. There’s a strange gap between what you might expect and what you actually get. Come here to sleep, nothing more.

The staff were the best part for me. They were awesome, very accommodating, and made all the difference. The rooms need attention, down to small things like blown bulbs and the facility’s overall freshness. The lobby could feel more comfortable too. It had no AC or background music to create much of an ambience, though it has potential.

The restaurant shuts at 10:00 pm, and the casino isn’t on site, so you have to walk a block to get there. They charged the full bill on check-in and wouldn’t return the money when I left early. I explained that I hadn’t stayed at the hotel to my credit card company, and they reimbursed me. The room itself was awful. The beds felt like concrete, the bedding and pillows were filthy, the ceiling was falling down, and leaking pipes under the sink dripped onto my feet. The worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Never again. It wasn’t worth the money or time, and I wouldn’t stay here.
