The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and Hodelpa clearly has a wonderful team. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Julissa Sánchez was especially thoughtful: I left my expensive Apple Watch behind, and she brought it over to us at the pool. A few minutes later she came back with my glasses, which I'd also forgotten at the table. She was truly an angel. I even congratulated the manager on having such a great staff. Keep up the great work, everyone! My family and I arrived around 1 p.m., and although check-in wasn't until 3 p.m., they let us in early because the room was available. It was spotless and in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We were hungry when we arrived, and the food was delicious. The Sancocho, a Dominican-style soup, was a highlight. The drinks were great too: the margarita was good, and the piña colada was honestly the best I've ever had.

I felt really well looked after, thanks to the whole team. The front desk staff, cleaning staff, and others were attentive, warm, friendly, and flexible. Ramón was especially outstanding, along with Brayen, Erik, and Maria at the front desk. Jose and the rest of the team also helped make it such a good experience. I look forward to returning to Hodelpa.

I was there for just one night. The property was beautiful and super clean, and the staff were excellent. I had a one-hour massage with Sheila, who was awesome and very kind. The massage was great, and she even showed me stretches to help with the tightness in my shoulders. I'd definitely recommend booking one with her.

The restaurant and its staff were excellent, and breakfast was one of the best. The service overall was some of the best I've ever had. It also felt very family oriented.
