The restaurant staff were exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious, which made every meal a treat. The hotel was spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff were welcoming and polite throughout my stay. A wonderful visit, highly recommended!

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the service was attentive. In the restaurant, Ms Yadilla, Ms Diana, and Mr Miguel were professional and sweet. Their suggestions for what to eat and places to visit outside the hotel were great. I enjoyed my stay so much and can't wait to come back.

We love the food and service at Gran Almirante, and Aymet is a big part of why we enjoy staying there. She takes such good care of us and is always smiling. The pool area makes it feel like you're at a resort in the middle of the city. The massages are great and very reasonably priced.

The pool and jacuzzi were great, with a nice view, and the restaurant food was delicious. Before we left, we spent some time at the bar, where Pedro made us the best mojitos. Hilary was pleasant and very informative, while Christopher was especially attentive. The hotel itself was elegant and pristine, and the staff were professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality.

Our room was really nice, the food was delicious, and the staff were amazing. We especially loved the pool bar. Aymet took excellent care of us and was lovely to chat with. We've loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back soon!
