I only stayed one night because it’s close to the airport, but I’d love to return for longer and enjoy the amenities. Boca Chica beach is nearby too. The rooms were quiet and very clean, and the rooftop pool was clean and just the right temperature. The hotel has a welcoming lobby, with a bar behind the desk where you can get a drink after checking in. The staff were among the friendliest, most professional, and most customer-oriented I’ve encountered. You can see how much pride they take in the hotel and making guests feel welcome. I had dinner there since I had to leave before breakfast started. There’s a menu with plenty of choices, or you can get the buffet. The buffet had lots to choose from and was a great price, and the people in my group who ordered from the menu were very pleased. There’s no airport shuttle, but a 24-hour taxi is right next door, or an Uber costs about $5.00. This is a fantastic hotel in its own right, so I’d recommend staying longer than one night as a stopover.

The staff were very nice, and the dinner buffet and wait staff were great. Manuel, the van driver, was awesome too. Thanks, the Hampton Inn Santo Domingo Airport hotel is awesome.

Everyone at the Hotel was kind and friendly, and really went out of their way to help. The free bfast was wonderful too! Thanks to Daniel, Edwin and Yeuri and all the employees working Jan 28th late evening and all day Jan 29, 2026! GOD BLESS YOU ALL

The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were great, too. It's close to the airport and main roads, so I highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here several times, and the staff have usually been friendly and professional. This visit was very different, and as a returning Hilton Honors member, I’m so disappointed that I don’t think I’ll come back. I usually arrive on a 3 or 4 a.m. flight and have never had trouble getting a room. This time Daniel at the front desk was dismissive. He said I’d have to wait until 3 p.m. to check in, or until 9 a.m. for a possible early check-in as a courtesy. At first I didn’t argue. I told him I had no vehicle, was traveling alone, and didn’t feel safe looking for somewhere else at that hour. After sitting in the cold lobby for about three hours, I started to fall asleep. I asked if I’d be charged for canceling. Daniel said no, then canceled the reservation right away. When I asked for the number of another nearby Hilton, he gave me a card for the same hotel he’d just canceled and said he was the only one on duty, so I’d reach him if I called.
