The room was great, and the reception staff were great too, so don’t hesitate to book for those reasons. I gave it two stars because the listing was misleading. We booked a room described as having a “private pool,” but the pool is shared by the whole tower block. They also asked for cash payment for the booking, which seemed odd. It cost a lot more than a room without a private pool, and if I’d known the pool wasn’t private, I wouldn’t have booked.

One of the best views in Santiago, and the staff are very professional. The place was super clean and wonderful to stay in. Definitely recommend.

This place is great in every other way, but getting to the rooftop pool isn’t as convenient as you’d hope.
