Estancia Riviera Colonial

I’m here now and love the place. The three-bedroom, three-bath layout is very comfortable, with space arranged well. Its central location leaves many places of interest a comfortable distance away. There still isn’t 24-hour water service, but there’s a schedule and it’s workable. ILSA is the best host, a truly wonderful person who answers questions and helps sort out any concerns. I’ll always stay here.

The balcony has a spectacular view of Zona Colonial and the pool area. Patricia is a thoughtful, congenial host who gave us all the information we needed about the apartment and the surrounding area. The place was just right, exactly like the pictures, and had everything we needed, including a kitchen equipped for making a full meal. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, and both the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommend it.

What a great investment for me! The location is excellent, and there are plenty of amenities: la marina, a private gym, sauna, three infinity pools with a BBQ area, a jogging area, and a kids’ playground. The best view is of 526 years of history at LA ZONA COLONIAL! PEDRALBES is a responsible, professional group. I’d recommend them to all my family and friends.

I felt safe staying at this gated apartment complex, which was close to family and friends. My Airbnb looked across the Ozama river toward the Colonial City, right in front of the floating bridge connecting the western and eastern shores. The project has a remote-controlled driveway gate, a parking structure, rooftop pools with social areas, and a gym.
