Civil Tower 3 apt G14

The location is convenient if the apartment itself is all you need, but I’m not impressed otherwise, and it’s not family friendly. The pool feels dangerous for children under 6: there’s an open grate with a drop below, and a small child could fit through. The gym is also in poor shape, with all three treadmills out of order and one of the two AC units leaking water. The common areas aren’t usable, and the staff are unfriendly. I tried to follow the rules and contact the administrator for permission to use the event room, but got no reply. They ask you to reserve the social area by email, which goes unanswered, and the listed contact number doesn’t pick up. Administration is MIA, and even at the front desk, interactions were missing a basic good morning or good afternoon.
