The lobby is beautiful, and the building has plenty of roomy social spaces. Great layout and location.

Families live across the four residential blocks, which gives the area a welcoming feel. It’s central and has the amenities you need. Some Airbnbs here also offer lovely views, appealing luxuries, and a kind of peace you can’t put a price on.

I spent nearly two years living here, and it was the worst experience I’ve had. There are leaks all over, leading to mold and water issues, and nobody takes responsibility or gets the problems fixed. Living here feels like being sentenced to constant discomfort and hardship. Horrible.
