I was delayed a day in my travels, received no compensation, and was charged for an extra night because I wouldn't leave without my phone. The hotel staff stole it from my room, then refused to show me the security footage. I threatened to call the police and showed them I could still track the phone, with its location showing it was still at the hotel. They panicked and threw it from the roof. It was found the next day on a neighboring property's terrace, damaged from the fall. Even then, the hotel wouldn't accept responsibility.

Plaza Roman feels like my home away from home, and I've stayed there twice. Jaime Roman, the owner, is a sweetheart, while Daleisy, the manager, is delightful. Jaime, Daleisy, and the whole team are exceptional. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Jaime.

I visited on December 31st, and everyone was kind and accommodating. Daleisy is a sweetheart, and Jaime is even better. The room had everything I could need, and staying at this aparthotel felt like being at home with family, thanks to all the warmth and attention. I'd give it more than five stars if I could.

After a month here, I was very happy with the service. The apartment had good equipment, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the rooftop terrace had a beautiful, extraordinary view. I'd recommend it and definitely return.

I lived at apartamentos Román for a year, and it was a wonderful place. Everyone was so kind, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff, who were all very helpful. The place is modern, with a laundry area and a really nice rooftop. When I come back to the country, I'll definitely stay there again.
