Stay Here Suites

The room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the area was quiet. Had a great stay.

I booked after seeing the rooftop pool in the photos, but it was under construction when I arrived. The work was loud all day, starting early in the morning and continuing into early evening. It was raining, and I wanted to relax in my room, but the noise made that impossible. There wasn't much else to like about the place.

I've stayed here twice because the location is great, with lots of things within walking distance. The young woman at reception was very friendly, though I didn't get her name, and the waitress Katterine was lovely too. But the housekeeping was poor both times: there were moldy pillows, hair in the bed, and dirty towels when I arrived, so reception had to move me to another room. The food was just okay and seemed to depend on which chef was working. I saw the chef with the missing tooth smoking outside during his shift several times, and I never saw him wash his hands before coming back to prepare food. That felt questionable and unprofessional. Hopefully they drug test or review the security cameras. I won't return because of the lack of professionalism.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly enough. But there's a dog hotel next door, and the dogs bark day and night. It made it hard to sleep, so this probably isn't the place if you need a peaceful rest.
