The service here left me wondering what to expect. Even the staff member who speaks the most English can barely manage 50 words, and the network administrator apparently forgot to renew the domain name. How are guests supposed to get good service?

The rates are reasonable, and the staff are friendly and seem honest. I'd be happy to stay here again.

I’ve been a loyal guest, but this summer will be my last visit. The customer service has become terrible, and I found hair on sheets that had clearly been used. During a pandemic, they still couldn’t manage to change the bedding. This hotel isn’t what it was four years ago, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

When the water stopped one afternoon, I went to the front desk at 10:30 pm to ask what was going on, but nobody was there. It came back the next morning as I was heading out for breakfast. I hadn’t stayed here in a while, and the place has gone downhill quite a bit. The restaurant is closed, and the free breakfast mentioned on the website isn’t available.

The location is excellent, close to everything, and both the price and service are very good. A solid place to stay while visiting Santo Domingo for work or a vacation.
