I’ve stayed at the RIG hotels quite often, and they’re remarkably clean and very well run. The food is excellent, the pool is always kept really clean, and it feels very safe to swim there. Mr. ANTONIO does a great job keeping the pool clean and safe. Most of the staff are bilingual, and all the employees are very helpful.

Everyone on staff was amazing, polite, and friendly. Elias gave excellent service in the restaurant, and the lobby team were helpful, informative, and nice. Cristian is awesome!

The staff are attentive and make the stay easy and enjoyable. We had an ocean view room with great AC and a nice balcony, and the location was relatively quiet despite being near the ocean and a main road. There’s free breakfast, an indoor pool, and a rooftop view of Santo Domingo. For the price, this hotel belongs near the top of your list.

Christopher helped me when I arrived late, exhausted after a stressful day, carrying suitcases and trying to manage a baby who was moving everywhere. I was all alone, but he stayed patient and took the time to explain everything, and he was very polite. I pay attention to what’s going on around me, and I noticed they have the best customer service in DR. Thanks to everyone at Rig Puerto Malecon!
