Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, though as one person staying five days I didn't have enough hangers or storage for my clothes. I can't imagine how more than one person's suitcases would fit for a longer stay. The bathroom is very open, with only a sliding door for the toilet, and the shower is visible in the bedroom mirror, so you'd need to be very comfortable with your travel companion. The hotel is clean and modern in fashionable Piantini, sharing an entrance and parking lot with the Marriott. The lobby is nice and has a basic bar. Lunch there was reasonably priced but not great. The pool and rooftop bar are small but nice, though drinks were expensive. I had to call twice to get the room serviced, despite being out for several hours on those days. Good value for a decent hotel in a nice location.

On my last visit, receptionist Winellys De La Cruz looked after my stay. She was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. That sort of professionalism is only found at this hotel. I always choose it when visiting the DR for its convenient location, hospitality, rooms, and friendly staff. I look forward to staying again next time.

The breakfast and restaurant service were amazing. The hotel is brand new and has everything you need, but the standout is the service. The front desk is friendly and remembers me every time I arrive. On my last stay, I forgot my charger and bracelet, and when I arrived last night they already had both ready for me.

The staff were attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about your well-being. I was pleasantly surprised by the property and its location. The bar was welcoming, and the food was authentic and delicious. I look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft in Piantini. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the high-rise has beautiful views across the city. The rooftop pool and surrounding area were lovely too. As a Marriott Gold member, I appreciated that they recognized my membership with a room upgrade. One drawback was that Mo’orea restaurant on the Marriott side offered no morning service. I'd recommend this hotel to tourists visiting the area.
