Casa Marina Sosua, Trademark by Wyndham All Inclusive

The hotel staff were so welcoming and cheerful that they really made our trip. There was a good range of food, and if you have dietary restrictions, just ask. They put on shows in the theater every night and even held a Super Bowl celebration. I brought my 11-year-old daughter, and she loved it. We’d happily go again. We hardly spent any time in the room, which was dated, with one broken bed leg and just one very flat pillow each.

The beach was lovely, all sand with no rocks, and the waves were big and fun. The location is beautiful for the price, and the food was tasty with plenty of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet lines were usually short. The rooms were clean and fine for what we paid, though the furniture is old and only one key card is given to each family, which is inconvenient. Getting beach towels was very difficult, and there are only a few umbrellas and limited sunbeds. I’d bring my own towel.

I’ve been back to Casa for the third time since November 2025, and I keep enjoying it. Nayeli, Victor,Anderson, and Cassandra on the entertainment team are so warm and welcoming. They include you in all the games and activities. There’s a good variety of food, too. I’ll keep coming back, you’ll have a great time.

The rooms were the weak spot for us. The shower was bad, there was a constant unpleasant smell, and the place felt unclean because it’s old and hasn’t been renovated, not because of room service. The beds were either very hard or so soft you felt like you could fall in. The beach was nice, if not very large, and the waves were amazing while we were there. The hotel layout gives you quick access to both the beach and pools, and the Wi-Fi was fast and worked well almost everywhere. The kids loved it, and the plan of the hotel wasn’t bad, but the food was just okay. Don’t expect much, though you won’t go hungry. I don’t think we’ll return.
