The grounds and pool are lush and well cared for, and it was nice being a bit back from the beach since Cabarete gets so windy. The beach still isn’t far away. We also appreciated the secured parking. The manager was super nice, made sure we had what we needed, and checked in the next morning. Breakfast was plentiful, with huge servings of fruit, eggs, toast, ham, juice, and more. I’d heard others mention only getting one coffee, but I asked for another and there was no problem. The coffee was good. Our towels seemed brand new, though the sheets were a little worn; they were fine, and I suspect this may be new management doing a great job. The room had a smell when we arrived. I’d suggest turning on the AC or dehumidifier before guests get there, as it felt much better within half an hour. For the price, it’s really good value.

The ocean views were stunning, and having beach access was a big plus. The on-site amenities were top-notch, the rooms felt luxurious, and the staff were friendly. We had an absolutely fantastic, relaxing stay at Diamond Hotel in Cabarete. The service was impeccable. Highly recommend this gem!

A comfortable, relaxed place with friendly staff who made me feel welcome. My room had a good bed, air conditioning, and a gas-powered burner, small fridge, sink, and microwave. It’s about a quarter mile from the beach and businesses. I’d recommend it to a bachelor looking for somewhere quiet to relax. P.S. The pictures were taken from my room.

We stayed for two nights and had a good time. The beach is close, and the village and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk away along the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helped us plan our onward trip to San Francisco de Macoris. We had breakfast once and it was good. The bed was perfect, and the shower had hot water and good pressure.

This was our second time at Diamond Hotel, and we enjoyed another weekend there. It’s a quiet oasis, away from the noisy town center but close enough to enjoy Cabarete. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had secure parking for our vehicles. The hotel was very clean, and the comfortable room had AC, a TV, ceiling fan, safe, and a small, well-stocked kitchenette. The hot water was iffy, but it wasn’t a big problem.
