I stayed there a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host. I used the AC and the fan, but never left the AC running when I went out. My electricity bill was only about 20 dollars. I'd definitely recommend the place.

Our stay was a big disappointment, and I won't be going back. We prepaid for the condo, then were hit with a $210 power bill at checkout for one week. The fridge leaked, leaving us to clean up water every day, and it brought water bugs. Both shower heads were broken, several lights were out, the headboards were broken, and the TV remote didn't work. The problems just kept piling up.
