It's got everything you need in one place: great laundry service and a great pool, plenty of parking for a car or moto, and two entry points.

The manager, Phyllis, was incredibly helpful, and after spending the week here I felt like I'd known her for years. The property manager, Phyllis, the administrator, Nenad, and security staff Benjamin and JR were all great about helping with my needs. It's a delightful place with a strong management team and security staff, and I recommend it. Everything is within easy walking distance. There’s a great pool and barbecue area, plus two exits that make it easier to head in different directions.

The condos sit inside a lovely park, with a large pool and 24/7 security. TGC is quiet and close enough to walk to the things you need downtown. The backup generator is another plus, especially if you like staying near the center.
