It's very clean, with friendly management, and the beach is lovely, though you can't swim there. The setting is quiet and away from the tourist area. Since it's quite secluded, I'd recommend renting a car for any length of stay.

The grounds are attractive and green, and the property is peaceful much of the time, though dogs sometimes bark at night. The location is okay but remote. The beach isn't maintained, and its steep drop and high waves make it dangerous and unsuitable for children. This isn't really a resort, with very few amenities. The apartments look beautiful, and the staff and security were great, but the service overall was mediocre. Maintenance wasn't included in the fee. We ran out of toilet paper several times and had to track down the maids to get more. One bathtub had no hot water, and the electricity kept cutting in and out during our stay. We were disappointed by the poor communication and the reception desk being closed most of the time. At checkout we waited more than an hour for someone to show up. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I hope the administration addresses these problems and makes sure staff are available when needed.

We kept coming back for dinner and breakfast, and loved the food, service, and prices. Sometimes we'd walk over just for a beer and exercise, then end up ordering extra fries. The dinner burger was great. This review is only about the restaurant.

The shared restaurant was fantastic, and otherwise we had a great stay. There were ants in a few spots in the condo, though nothing gross, and the staff acted quickly when we mentioned them. The main issue was that the condo didn't have everything it was supposed to, which made cooking properly a bit difficult.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and clean, with fresh-smelling towels and linens, plus a working kitchen, hot water, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge with water and an ice maker. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice. There are a pizza place and a German restaurant about 3-5 minutes away, both good and reasonably priced. The beach wasn't suitable for swimming with a family, since getting down the huge sandy hill was too difficult. We drove about 10 minutes to Alicia beach instead and had a good time.
