Whenever I go to DR for scuba diving, this is a must-stop for me. It's a warm, easygoing spot with really good, fresh food, and the servers are polite. Nothing fancy, but a nice place to relax and eat if you're visiting from out of the country. Give it a try at least once.

I was at Rocky’s on November 1, 2020. The owner, Rick, was friendly and engaging, and made me feel very welcome. The place was clean, the service excellent, and they had the coldest beer in Sosua. I didn't try the food, but my friend says the breakfast is the beat in Sosua and the ribs are to die for.

The all-you-can-eat buffet gets a star from me: wings, ribs, pasta salad, and potato salad at a good price. The staff are amazing, which gets another two stars. It's a huge place but always empty. I'm sure it used to be great in the past, though.

I've been coming here since my very first trip to the Dominican Republic, and I can't count how many times I've stayed over the years. Rocky's is a great place for the price, and I highly recommend it for eating and staying.

I loved this place and would come back. The food was great and affordable, the staff were helpful, and everything was very clean. The hotel felt secure enough to be comfortable, with a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere.
