Villa Twelve27

We booked the same day, at the last minute, and it turned out to be the best choice for my family. The location was amazing, and the chef kept serving fresh food. The staff were caring and warm, with the same family feeling as the area. Anna the manager looked after everyone like a mother and took care of all our needs. This was hands down my best experience abroad. I highly recommend staying here while you can, before I buy the place!

The VIP airport service got our Villa Twevle 27 stay in Sosua Puerto Plata off to a great start. The airport is 15 minutes from the villa, and once we arrived, the magic began. Ana manages an amazing staff who made us feel like royalty. We could ask the personal chef for our favorite dishes, all made with fresh, organic ingredients. A personal driver was also ready to take us wherever we needed to go, whenever we wanted. We could just sit back and enjoy the beautiful 5-star villa. Special thanks to Kenny Westray and Larry Lawson for creating such a lovely experience. Hurry up and book your stay.

The villa was beautiful and comfortable, with a peaceful feel and great amenities that made it easy to relax. But the STAFF really made the experience. The housekeepers kept the rooms immaculate, created a warm welcome, and were always smiling. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and the team's professionalism, warmth and attention to detail stood out. The chefs, Mario & Adam, deserve special thanks. Every meal was full of flavor, carefully made and clearly prepared with passion. Saul, our chauffeur, was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Every ride was smooth and stress-free, and getting around was a pleasure. Anna, I was so impressed by the incredible job you did. Your coordination, quick responses and calm approach brought everything together and made a real difference. You're such an amazing woman. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The whole stay was unforgettable, with remarkable hospitality and excellent service from beginning to end. As we leave, we have full hearts, beautiful memories and deep appreciation for the entire team. Until next time 🤍

The views from Villa Twelve 27 were breathtaking, and Anna was helpful, accommodating and available whenever we needed her. The whole team was friendly and professional, and clearly cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. The chef was a highlight. He could make whatever we asked for, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. Mealtimes were always something to look forward to. Staff cleaned the villa daily, with such attention to detail that everything stayed spotless. One thing to keep in mind: they take the security deposit seriously, so watch your belongings and follow the villa rules. We had an amazing stay, and I'd highly recommend Villa Twelve 27 for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with top-tier service.
