2/10
The pool was extremely dirty, and when it’s full you can’t go to the beach. Outside, the hotel feels really ghetto. Inside, it’s awful for a four-star hotel: everything smells bad, including the pillows, towels, and bathroom. There are no bathroom curtains, so shower water goes everywhere, and the water is mixed with sewage. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

6/10
The shower was broken, the curtains didn’t work properly, and the door was poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was weak, there weren’t enough pillows, and there was an unsafe electrical cable. There was no soap or conditioner, no bathroom trash bin, and no carpets or mats. The toilet had only tissue, no water by the seat. There was an improper tableau for kids, and a France flag at the entrance.

The private beach was so dirty that nobody swims there. Room service was basically nonexistent.

2/10
The rooms were dirty, the service poor, and the price too high. There was no Wi-Fi either. I really don’t recommend this place.

A good choice if you want to pay and get no service.
