2/10
Dinner was very good, the hotel is clean, and some staff were polite and respectful. I appreciated their effort 👏. The lunch included with full board, alongside breakfast and dinner, was limited and didn't match dinner's quality. The concern isn't the price, but the value guests get for lunch; it felt like a kind of trickery. The private beach should be a plus, but management is weak and disrespectful people are allowed in, causing problems for families. It needs professional, respectful staff and better management. With honest lunch service and proper beach management, the hotel could improve its image.

Nothing we asked for was provided, and the staff didn't respond. Our room had no working air conditioning and wasn't properly prepared for four people, so we had to manage with too little bedding. The location felt unsafe, which made us even more uncomfortable. They seem interested only in your money. Our stay was disappointing, and we won't return or recommend the hotel.

The view from the balcony was nice and the rooms were clean. The food was ordinary and didn't have much variety. The private beach was dirty, with lots of impurities. Overall, it was a good stay.

A family friendly place with very clean rooms, lovely staff, and a varied breakfast. I recommend it.

The rooms were a little disappointing for a 4 star hotel. I'd have preferred bathtubs in the bathrooms and a few more amenities. The receptionists were very friendly, and I have to mention the exceptional chef and waiters at Le Grand Bleu.
