Hostel Appart

The manager was rude, refused to refund us, wanted to charge for a night we hadn’t stayed, and yelled at my mother and aunt, calling them names and showing no respect for their age. When we left, nobody helped with our luggage again, and I hurt my arm carrying it. This was disgusting, and I wouldn’t spend even one night here. We’d reserved a room for four two days ahead and told them we’d arrive early in the morning with six pieces of luggage. They said it would be fine. But when we got there, nobody was available to carry the bags to our floor. One girl did honestly help with a few of them. There was a worker doing construction or repairs in the room next to ours. The noise was extremely annoying, and after about eight hours in the car, none of us could rest. We complained and were told it would stop at 12, but it didn’t. So we left to find somewhere else for the next few days.
