I stayed here for my IELTS exam. The room was clean and good, and the staff were helpful, but studying was hard because the lighting was extremely inadequate. The tap water was also an issue, since the tap was broken. For a hotel at this location and price, I was surprised there wasn't an electrical socket by the bed or anywhere nearby. I'd rate it 3.5-4/5.

I took my IELTS exam there, and the whole process went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and guided me well through each step. The place was clean, pleasant, and well organized. Good luck to everyone.

The staff were mostly OK, though one person was a bit rude and not helpful. My bigger concern was finding bedbugs in the room. I have a one-year-old baby and couldn't even let her crawl there. I hope they get rid of the bugs. Breakfast wasn't bad, but the portions were small and there wasn't much variety.

The room was very cold because the heater didn't work. The restaurant menu was no good: only one soup was available, and six listed items were out. They should open around 4 or 5 am to serve customers, since breakfast is included in the room price, but they only leave the coffee machine available. The airport shuttle is supposed to run every hour and is included in the room price, but it was late because the driver had to take employees first. The employees' attitude felt unprofessional and inexperienced. One spoke to customers while busy on his phone. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
