We had first booked a nearby hotel, but left after the receptionist was very rude. Our driver took us to Welcome Hotel instead, where we were warmly received. For what we paid, the service was phenomenal, with clean rooms and everything needed to feel at home. The hotel also includes free breakfast and a free airport shuttle. It's a three-star hotel with five-star service. The manager and staff deserve credit for running it that way. The location is five minutes from the airport, and there are a few small shops within walking distance. If you want somewhere clean, safe, and convenient, this is the hotel.

The staff were amazing, especially ms ines Dali, whose service was impeccable. The restaurant team were great too. The food was okay, but the service was really top notch. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I recommend the hotel.

What made our stay at Hotel Welcome in Algiers stand out was the front desk team's hospitality. The check-in was seamless and pleasant, and their care left us feeling valued and appreciated. The service surpassed what we've experienced at most five-star resorts in Algeria. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a lovely atmosphere. It's also perfectly located, just 10 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend it for both the setting and the remarkable service! MS

After several bad hotel experiences in Algeria, this one stands out as the best. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, making for exceptional service. Its convenient location near the airport is why I'll keep booking here. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the team for their exceptional service. May Allah reward you.
