Audin Hotel - El Djazair

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team gave excellent service. Still, the poor cleanliness overshadowed everything else during my stay at Oudan Hotel Algiers. The bedding had visible stains, the floors weren't properly cleaned, and the bathrooms badly needed scrubbing. The halls and lobby also looked neglected. It made the stay uncomfortable. Oudan Hotel Algiers needs to review its cleaning and maintenance practices. Guests need a clean, hygienic place to stay, and I hope the problem is addressed so future visits are better.

Right in the heart of audin and àlgiers, this hotel is walkable from the train and buses. It looked clean and has an elevator. The price list in the picture is for Feb 26th, 2025. I arrived in my pyjamas after a long trip to book a room. When I asked the price, they said 9800. I wanted to see a room before deciding, since I usually pay that much for a hotel with a pool. One receptionist was happy to show me, but another stepped in and said rooms would be available after 12, so I left and booked somewhere nearby. There are many places in the area with different qualities and services. Check the rooms posted by others and decide for yourself if the price is worth it.

The towels were very dirty, and there was hair all over the bed. I booked a big double room, but it was very small for the price. When I asked if I could pay by credit card, the receptionist was rude and said the hotel didn't have anything like that. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
