Residence Inn by Marriott Algiers Bab Ezzouar

Mrs Hadjer and Mr. El Nadim were especially kind and helpful, and their hospitality made our short stay at the Marriott truly memorable. My wife and kids got a much-needed rest after a long journey. The location was practical too, just 10 minutes from Algiers Airport. Thanks as well to all the staff for being so welcoming and helpful. One small suggestion: breakfast could be a little better.

Walid made everything run smoothly, from check-in through departure, and went above and beyond during our stay. I had a great experience at residence Inn and will definitely come back.

After a 16-hour flight with my mother, I was treated as though I had no worth as a person. At check-in, Amir Bensaada cancelled my reservation, lied about being the manager, gave me a fake name and tried to sell me a room at a higher rate. Because of the staff and their scamming tricks, I had to find another hotel late at night, at the last minute, in a country I didn’t know. I recorded him arguing with me and will file a complaint with Marriott property Managment. I’ve never been treated this way at any other Marriott property around the world. Don’t stay here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and I had a nice room. Laundry was responsive. Special thanks to receptionist Hadjer and waiter amine.
