The staff at Hôtel Kourtel were professional, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Services were well organized, and breakfast was varied and satisfying. My room was clean and comfortable, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. I had a very pleasant time in Batna and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We stayed just one night. The hotel was almost empty, so there wasn't any disturbance, though we were actually the ones making noise at night 🤣. We had an acceptable breakfast and a very friendly chat with the owner. It was a good stay.

I paid 8000 DA for two nights, but the room felt worth only half that compared with a similar hotel. The bathroom smell was unbearable, and there was mold on the ceiling. The hair dryer worked only sometimes, so if you want to head out early in the morning, you shouldn't plan on taking a shower. Charging that much for this room is like stealing.

The staff were really friendly, and for the price and quality this was one of my best stays. There were a few small drawbacks, but I loved the experience overall.
