Sara was especially kind and helpful, making sure everything was taken care of during my stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. I found the atmosphere really relaxing. I had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

We slept really well, and our large, modern room was clean with fresh towels. There were four of us in a mixed group, and twin rooms or double beds were available. The staff were very professional, and this was definitely the most luxurious hotel we stayed in in Algeria. The hotel is near the airport, but it’s a considerable walk to the main part of town, so we took a taxi into town both evenings because the restaurant seemed a bit pricey. The pool looked beautiful but was closed, though we could still sit outside and read. We were a little disappointed there was no bar, as it’s a dry hotel. The fitness room is tiny, with a treadmill that broke a few times and a cycle machine.

The room was fine, but the hot water flow wasn’t good. The breakfast didn’t seem up to even a two star hotel, despite this one having five stars. The fitness room is only about 2-3m2, with three machines. Reception could also improve how it handles customers and Visa card issues. One receptionist asked to photocopy both sides of my Visa card to process the debit.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Atlantis in a beautiful Algerian city. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed the comfortable, entertaining private beach.
