The rooms are old, and I couldn’t sleep because staff sat around talking, laughing, and shouting all night. They didn’t stop even when I asked. Then construction work woke me at 7 am. This hotel was really bad, and I highly wouldn’t recommend it, even to my enemies.

My vacation was ruined this year, starting when I arrived and had to wait four hours for a room. Water leaks meant the room was changed three times, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The daytime receptionist was rude and unpleasant, and clearly wasn’t suited to the position. I do want to thank the night staff, who were so kind, pleasant, and attentive, and did everything they could to fix things, along with the cleaning staff.
