The room was small but a workable size, and the service was 10/10. Staff were attentive and the customer service was excellent, including calling a taxi and negotiating a good price for me. Their aftercare was excellent as well. The one slow lift caused delays, especially when cleaners were using it.

It looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and everyone was friendly and welcoming from my arrival. Its city-center location worked perfectly for getting around, with the mall and tram station just a short walk away. I loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We spent four amazing nights here on our honeymoon, at the first stop of our trip. Our suite was spacious, and its big terrace had a great view over the entire old city of Sétif. The major famous places are within walking distance, and the tramway station can take you around the city. Rooms were extra clean, with someone coming every morning to change everything and clean the room and bathroom. Every staff member was professional, gentle, and helpful. We have very fond memories of this hotel and will come back soon.

The room was wonderful, and the staff were very good. Breakfast could use more variety.
