I left less than half an hour after arriving. The room was dirty, with stained bedding, hair around, and a bathroom that smelled of sewage. Some windows were broken and the doors did not lock properly, so the room did not feel secure. Staff were rude and refused to refund us after we saw the condition. The online photos gave a false impression, and the price was outrageous for what we got. Avoid booking here.

The food was awful: breakfast was cold rubbery eggs with stale bread, and at dinner the restaurant served things that were undercooked or seemed to have sat under a heat lamp for hours. The room and bathroom were just as bad. There was a sour, musty odor, stained carpet, crumbs and hair on the floor, and bedding that looked unchanged. Mold in the shower, cracked tiles, a toilet that barely flushed, and threadbare, marked towels. This felt like a health hazard, so I'd spend my money somewhere else.

The staff were rude and wouldn't give a refund. The room was filthy and smelled of sewage, and the doors and windows were broken. A scam of a stay. Keep away.

The food was delicious and the service was good. I liked the hotel’s architecture, too. My room was small but nice, clean, and warm in winter.

The breakfast spread was great, and the prices were good. The hotel has a pool and hammam, with options for solo guests and groups. The reception was nice. I really recommend staying here.
