Bayazid Hotel

The manager was very helpful and active, going above and beyond, and reception and other workers were accommodating. That customer service makes up for a lot. The hotel is new, with stylish rooms and lighting, but it isn’t cheap even by international standards. The AC was broken and it was too hot; opening a window was the suggested fix, though staff gave conflicting instructions, and street noise could keep you awake. WiFi connected, but there was no internet. The bathroom had no shampoo, the safe was broken, the shower either had no hot water or the faucet was swapped, and the TV had no remote. During the eid holiday, they were very understaffed, so service calls were answered late or not at all. Room service starts at 8am. The breakfast buffet had a broken tray that wouldn’t stay open, so it took two people to serve food from it. The feedback paper had no pen, so I’m leaving these notes here.

The food was great 👍, but they could do better with the service. My room hadn’t been made up when I got back from work, and the housekeeping staff were very arrogant.

The rooms are dirty, and the noise makes it impossible to sleep.

The location is the best, the employees are welcoming, and the services are high level. There’s plenty of delicious food, and all kinds of comfort come together in one place.
