El Rabie Hotel

The room was large and warm despite the cold outside, and the staff were nice. I also had a nice view from the window. But there was dust and a bad smell in the room, and the blankets and bed cover had stains. The bathroom floor was very dirty, the old mirror barely let me see my face, and flushing the toilet took force. The door was closed with a key, which didn't make me feel it was properly secured. I booked through a travel agency I work for and had checked the hotel online. I wondered whether it had been renovated, but seeing the room was a disaster. If you only need somewhere to spend the night, want to keep costs down, and need to be near Sétif city centre, it may do, at 4000 DZD. I hope they look after the place soon. I remember it being one of the best hotels when the owner was alive.
