The hotel was spotless and felt brand new, and the price seemed very fair for the quality, especially for a four-star place with some five-star touches. We switched to it at the last minute after finding our first hotel dirty and its people unfriendly. Here, every employee was warm and welcoming, even those who seemed new to the job. There were lots of female staff, which made it a great place for women to stay. The manager, who is from Holland, was very nice and made sure we were all settled. As we were leaving, someone even handed us a bottle of water in the car. We had a great stay.

The only thing I missed in the bathroom was a pair of slippers. Otherwise, my 2020 stay at “Four Points” Setif was really enjoyable: the receptionist spoke English, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the views were beautiful. When I tried to book again in 2021, I learned it was no longer part of the Four Points Chain, though the prices were still the same. I hope they reconsider that and return to booking.com!

The design made the place feel comfortable to stay in, and the staff serving you were very polite. The rooms on all 17 floors were clean and well kept. It’s also an attractive spot to stop for coffee, with very clean surroundings and perfect service.

I booked the romance package but was disappointed that there was nothing romantic in the room or at the Restaurant. That Restaurant was under maintenance, so we had dinner in the breakfast restaurant instead. Its plates were often empty, and we had to keep asking the staff to refill them. The room smelled bad and had no bathtub in the Junior suit. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, it doesn’t deserve four stars.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are perfect, and the A/C works really well. It looks like a five-star hotel. The swimming pool is supposed to open very soon. I love this place.
