The breakfast was truly mediocre, and I couldn't even bring myself to eat a yogurt because the restaurant didn't seem clean enough. There were lots of small cockroaches in the toilet, and the room wasn't clean enough either. The large bay window let in too much natural light. On the positive side, the prices were fair and negotiable for what you might need in Constantine. The manager was helpful with information, and the car rental staff were helpful too. One hostess was very pleasant and lowered the price twice. The owner's behavior felt a bit strange after a brief conversation: he invited me for a drink and a chat around 11 p.m., which felt odd.

The location is convenient, and the rooms are fairly spacious, clean, and close to the amenities. Reception and service were satisfactory. Breakfast, though, was a bit poor.

The room was decent, and the hotel is near Constantine's center. The service was bad, though, so I don't recommend it.
