Hotel Elbey Constantine

The staff were friendly, and there was always a guard in the parking lot, so leaving the car there felt worry-free. Breakfast was good, too. The hotel was clean and practical. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a great view from the window, a comfortable bed, and a bathtub. I definitely recommend it for a relaxed stay at a good price. 👌😊

The location was perfect, in a safe and accessible area, and the air conditioning worked well. It was quiet and restful, and all the amenities were convenient and functional. The hotel was great value for money, and I’d definitely return and recommend it for an easy, pleasant stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. From check-in to check-out, service was smooth and welcoming. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, especially Rami the Barista. Cleanliness: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Value for Money: 10/10

It was okay, nothing special. Despite the huge menu, the restaurant seemed to have pretty much only soup available.

I booked online through Trip.com, but my visa was delayed and bounced around so much that I didn’t arrive in the country when expected. I forgot to cancel until after the booking had started. The hotel had no obligation to refund me, but the front desk looked into it and later chose to give me a full refund. I’m very grateful, and it was more than I expected. Service like that is unheard of in most other countries and left me with a great impression of what to expect in Algeria.
