8/10
The staff were warm and helpful, and the hotel’s position made it easy to walk into the city center. We could also see the bridges from there. Breakfast was pretty decent, with made-to-order omelettes and vegetarian choices, though the coffee was instant. Our room felt average and clearly a bit dated.

The view of the two bridges was the one bright spot, but it wasn't enough to make up for the stay. Our tiny room wasn't clean, the fridge didn't work, and the bathroom had just one shampoo and no small towels. Breakfast was poor: stale bread and pastries, and fruit and vegetables that weren't fresh. The staff weren't friendly either.

The reception staff weren't helpful, and the food was neither fresh nor tasty. I left disappointed and hope management improves the quality of service.

2/10
Filthy place, awful cafe, and no service at all.

The staff didn't make us feel welcome, and breakfast was awful. Some of the food smelled bad, like it had been left over from the night before.
