Hotel El Bez

The rooms felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the price was extremely high compared with other nearby hotels. The value just wasn’t there. Check-in was unpleasant because the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bedsheets were dirty, and the duvet had no cover and was dirty too. The bathrooms were old and unclean, and the doors and keys were loud. At least the car park is in a quiet part of the center.

We got a room straight away when we arrived without a booking at 5 pm, which we really appreciated. Parking right in front was free and very convenient. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and TV. Staff were efficient and very polite. It’s a very good option in el Eulma, with a double room and breakfast for 4900 DA. The hotel is brand new (2022), and the common areas are modern, nice, and very clean. Still, we were woken by the neighbors at 7.15. The doors don’t seem to block sound perfectly, and the other guests were really quite loud. Even though the rooms were cleaned and aired perfectly, you could smell that people had been smoking in the room. As a non-smoker, I found that really off-putting. Maybe keeping some rooms smoke-free would help :) I’d definitely come back!

You get a lot for what you pay, without spending too much. Amazing experience. I’d advise booking here.
