The rooms were clean, though old and in need of an update. There was no room phone or Wi-Fi, and the service was awful. Breakfast came late and was very limited, just milk, coffee, juice, and a croissant. Families should know that the salon de thé stays open to people from outside the hotel, so it gets far too noisy at night. December 2025.
We came as guests just to use the pool, but the smell from the sewers was so bad that we couldn't stay even an hour.
The views are beautiful and it's a calm place. If you're after a safe, peaceful hotel, Pomaria Residence is a good choice ^^
I booked online, but at the hotel they said the agency was fake. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours while the agency tried to convince the receptionist.
It was fine, but there wasn't anything we could buy to eat.
