The service was good, but the stay was nowhere near what the pictures and ratings had led me to expect. I paid for the breakfast buffet, which was meant to be available every day, but it often wasn't. I ended up eating food I didn't like just to fill my stomach, and there was no Wi-Fi. The smell hit me as soon as I entered the room and never really went away. The bathroom was disgusting and unhygienic, with a terrible smell, and the balcony smelled the same. Sometimes the water was off. There was clutter behind the desk, and the fridge looked a bit dirty. I also saw a large dead cockroach by the bed. It was gone a few days later after they came to clean, but it left me wondering whether the room had been cleaned before I booked.
