I really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and you can tell the chef puts care and passion into the dishes. Service was excellent too, with friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The service deserves 0 stars, and I regret the time and money I spent here. Electricity was out for a long time, the pool wasn’t deep enough, and the balcony and its table were dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The location is terrible as well. The building is rated 5 stars but looks more like a 3-star hotel, or worse. I don’t recommend it.

The pool and easy access to the beach were the best parts of our stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our ensuite room was spacious enough for a family of five. But the cleanliness needs serious work: the bathroom needed a deep clean, robe hooks were rusty, bedsheets had visible stains including blood, and the balcony, windows, desk, and kettle were dusty or dirty. Breakfast was a letdown, with barely any appealing choices. The coffee tasted more like burnt cocoa, and even though a staff member kindly went upstairs to get me something better, there was no tea either. In a country with such rich produce, it was surprising to find only processed juice and one unappetising cheese. This might pass as a decent 3-star hotel, but not a 5-star one, especially at this price. It has potential, but these details need attention.

The view from the balconies is very nice, and the hotel has direct beach access. Still, although it’s rated 5 stars, to me it feels like a 3-star place or less, apart from the building. We paid 58900 Da per Night for 2 Adults and 2 small baby's in a suite, with breakfast but no dinner. That felt like too much for the service, though it was okay. The service is nowhere near 5 stars, or even 3. They don’t seem to like hearing Arabic, or Algerian Arabic mixed with a few French words. Say Salam alaykom and they answer Bonjour ça va? It felt very strange. Ask something in Arabic or English and they answer in French. The supervisor at reception was very friendly and had a calcification in Hotels, but another staff member spoke to guests in a very poor way. We had to wait and ask several times for an omelette at breakfast, and still no one made it. There was no fresch Jus, and the Vienoiserie wasn’t completely fresch either. The pillow in our suite had already been used and smelled really bad, though the blanket and other things were normally clean.
