The hotel is in a great location, and the price feels fair for the quality. Amine gave me perhaps the best hospitality I've ever had at a hotel, and I've travelled a lot. Incredibly friendly, he went above and beyond to make my stay good and gave both the hotel and the city an excellent name.

My reservation still had one night left when they gave my room to another guest. Some of my belongings also went missing, which was completely unacceptable, and the owner was rude and unprofessional. The room was filthy, with cockroaches, no air conditioning, and a bathroom in terrible shape. The bed was dirty, breakfast was just a cup of coffee, and the noise all night made it impossible to sleep. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against staying here.

For just 5 bucks more, you can get much, much better. This hotel needs refreshing, and it lacks maintenance: my room smelled, the faucets were very dirty, the WiFi didn't work, and at least from where I stayed, the view wasn't great. The area itself felt safe. I gave it 3 stars only for the location and nightly price. It's within walking distance of the french institute, downtown, and many great addresses.

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. Be careful, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

Less than a hotel, with terrible service.
