Le Zenith Hotel Oran

The service was good, and the staff were professional. But I had a bad experience after leaving: I forgot my electric toothbrush, called the next day, and was told they’d call back. I then went to the hotel, but got the same answer. It felt like they couldn’t return something I’d left there.

Breakfast and dinner were very average, with little variety, and the safe was unusable because I was told only a technician could reset its code. They never got back to me about it. The shower head in my new room didn’t work either; I reported it, but nothing was done. The room was too hot for me to sleep, since the air conditioning had been centrally turned off. When I asked the front desk staff member to move me somewhere cooler, he was rude. It was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t rate this hotel even one star.

It works well for business and professional meetings, and the food is good too. I’d like to thank the nice man at reception in the morning. The hotel itself is decent.

The food and service were good, and the staff were amazing. Our room for four was great, though not especially spacious, and having a terrace was a nice bonus. I’d recommend it and would come back in the future, insha'Allah.
