We couldn't cancel the extra bed after our friend backed out a little later, even though we'd paid for it. The service was bad, and the room was gross. The bathroom was wet, there were burn holes in the sheet, the mattress was almost nonexistent, and the smell outside the window was horrible. Wouldn't recommend.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here if they expect even basic living conditions. My room had yellowed sheets and pillows with a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was dirty, with broken fixtures and no water. I called room service ten times, including as late as 2 a.m., but nobody responded. They never brought the bed I'd requested. The whole place was in a terrible state from the moment I arrived. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The rooms were awful, and there wasn't even a trash bin. No Wi-Fi or refrigerator either. I don't recommend this place at all. By the way, I'm Algerian.
