ONYX By Luna Hotel

I enjoyed my two nights at Onyx, especially the delicious breakfast and the cooperative staff. The sales manager, the red-haired lady, was especially kind and could speak English. Later, because it was fully booked, they moved me to their other hotel apartment.

There was a lot of dust under the bed, and sleeping on it wasn't pleasant. The bed was made from two smaller ones pushed together as a king, which felt awkward and cheap. At reception, service was poor, and nobody told us our double room was actually a triple. I was surprised to find three beds instead of the large bed I expected and wanted. I wasn't satisfied and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The only thing I'd change is the Wi-Fi setup. Our connection was poor on our floor because we had to rely on another floor's network. Otherwise, the cleaning was impeccable and the staff were always smiling and accommodating. They were lovely with our baby, which makes this a great place for families, and even offered us a free ride to the airport when we left.

Hotel ONYX Oran exceeded all my expectations. The room was stunning and spotless, the service was flawless, and the staff were warm and exceptional. It felt like true Algerian hospitality. An unforgettable stay, 10/10, I'll be back!
