Bladi Palace Taghit

We stayed four nights, and I came away with mixed feelings. The hotel is good by local standards, but a few things made it harder with family. It's best to have a car, since the hotel is a bit of a walk from the city center. For lunch or dinner, there are two restaurant choices. We recommend “tarbouche”; the self-service one isn't very good for the price. Breakfast was good, though the selection wasn't consistent. If you arrive right at opening or near the end, some things may not be ready or may have run out, like tea or croissants. The room cards caused the biggest hassle. They gave us just one, and asking for a second deactivated the first. That made planning days and evenings difficult. Imagine one person wanting to return late while the others, in my case my kid and his grand ma, are already asleep in the room. It's an acceptable option, but sorting out some of these details would raise my opinion of it.

The food area staff were the sweetest, and it turned into a nice experience overall. For my first hotel stay in Algeria, it was okay, though there is room to improve. Check-in took more than two hours. I had requested a twin room but got a single bed instead. The reception staff could have been friendlier. When I asked if my sister had left the room card there, the girl at reception rudely said it wasn't their responsibility that I'd lost it. I wondered whose responsibility it was, and what solution they would offer in that situation.

I expected professional, respectful service, but the receptionist treated me with disdain and hostility. As a doctor, I found that lack of courtesy especially disappointing, though it's unacceptable whoever the guest is. The experience left me with a poor view of the hotel and doubts about its customer service standards. I'd strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid this place.

After planning for a year to visit taghit bechar, I took time off work and bought a flight ticket for the 24th from London Alger/ Alger to bechar. I persuaded my best friends to come too, so there were five of us. We agreed on hotel Bledi and booked about a month ahead. I was so excited for this trip. Then, as the trip got closer, they messaged us today to cancel our booking without any explanation. We're absolutely shocked. We'd spent a year planning, and it took them a second to cancel. When you try calling, they don't answer. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They're arrogant, unprofessional, and so rude. They don't give a damn about people. This horrible hotel's customer service just gets worse and worse. May God never let you prosper !!! You ruined our whole holiday !!! May God never let you prosper !!!!
